Processing Time



Once you place your order, we get to work right away!

Your items are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. During busy times, it may take just a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your items moving quickly.





🚚 Delivery Timeframes



Since our products ship from different global warehouses, delivery times can vary. Here are the typical timeframes:


  • USA: 7–15 business days
  • Canada / UK / Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days



Some items may arrive sooner, and some might take a little extra time depending on customs and local delivery services.





📦 Multiple Packages



If you ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages. This helps us keep shipping faster and more reliable, even when items come from different warehouse locations.





🔍 Tracking Your Order



As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info (when available).

Tracking updates can sometimes take 2–5 days to show up, so don’t worry if it looks quiet at first — your package is still on the move!





🌍 Customs & Import Fees



Some countries charge customs or import taxes. These fees aren’t included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. We know this part isn’t fun, but it’s all up to your local customs office.





📬 Delays Can Happen



We always aim to deliver as fast as possible, but things like weather, holidays, or international customs may cause delays. If that happens, thank you for your patience — we’re always here to help!





📮 Double-Check Your Address



Please make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out. If the wrong address is entered, we can’t take responsibility for lost packages (we want your order to reach you!). If a package gets returned to us, we’ll happily resend it — additional shipping costs may apply.
